So it's officially the first day of the cleanse. I'm excited to start this challenge but I need to run to the grocery store because we don't have anything at home! To succeed in this cleanse, I'm going to have to be super prepared and have my meals planned.
For breakfast I had oatmeal with half a banana, peanut butter, and 2 chopped dates. It was extra peanut buttery today, but I don't mind. I also had ginger tea on the side.
Plans for today are grocery store, workout, and study. Have a great day!
