This morning I made a smoothie for my sister to take on her way to school. Since I had all of the ingredients out, I decided to make one for myself as well.
Vanilla Peach Smoothie
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 banana
- handful of frozen peaches (about 1 cup)
- 1 scoop Kashi Vanilla GoLean!
Wow. This combination was deliciousy creamy and sweet. I generally don't like to add protein powder to my shakes because I don't like the powdery taste. This must have been the right ratio of protein to milk and fruit because it didn't have that grainy protein taste.
