This morning I made a smoothie for my sister to take on her way to school. Since I had all of the ingredients out, I decided to make one for myself as well.
Vanilla Peach Smoothie
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 banana
- handful of frozen peaches (about 1 cup)
- 1 scoop Kashi Vanilla GoLean!
Wow. This combination was deliciousy creamy and sweet. I generally don't like to add protein powder to my shakes because I don't like the powdery taste. This must have been the right ratio of protein to milk and fruit because it didn't have that grainy protein taste.

Oh your smoothie sounds delicious too! I love hemp milk in smoothies, make it so rich and creamy. I have yet to try hazelnut butter! I need to look for it!
Where'd you get this container? It looks like a great smoothie container and I see other people using them as well so it must be convenient.
Melissa- Its from GNC. We've had them for awhile but I'm sure Target/ other home stores carry these types of containers!
